A cloud RSS reader that is free to use and funded by ads, including features that usually come with a paid plan. There are no plans to introduce a paid tier for now.
When a service has a paid tier, how far its free tier can go is a question of balance with that tier. This service has no paid tier, so there is no such balance to strike.

Feed fetch errors are shown in the reader and on public feed pages, so please check there first. If you still need to get in touch, use either of the addresses below. A reply is not always possible, but messages are read.
Taking your data with you
You can download your subscriptions as OPML plus a JSON export including read state, stars, tags and categories, at any time. The format is documented.
Moving on to FreshRSS or Inoreader is something the design accounts for. If this service is not a fit, your data should always be easy to take with you.
